• Qualified Personal Trainer - Britta provided one-on-one personal training for top sports person and individuals for 12 years at Virgin Active, South Africa. 

• Remedial - Recovery Stretching - Britta also did kick-boxing training, step classes, pilates classes and othe types of training and gym work and provides remdial/recovery sessions for  injuries common to most sports.

Each One-to_one session is for 1 hour.

Standard weekly slots available. MUST be pre-booked in advance:

• Slot 1: Monday: @05:30pm

• Slot 2: Friday: @04:00pm

• Slot 3: Saturday: @10:00am

€40 per sessions / €100 for 3 sessions
